Engineer, Mentor, and Writer. After 10 years of building across banking, financial services, SaaS, and proptech with tech lead experience I love making complex things simple - whether in code, conversation, or writing. Always learning, always sharing.

Hi, I'm Masoud. I was born in 1996 in Kermanshah, Iran and currently living in Rotterdam, The Netherlands. Today, I'm a Senior Software Engineer at NN Bank, and I write here about life, careers, and software development insights I've picked up along the way.

I've been writing professional software for about 10 years building products, contributing to open-source, and solving challenges with creativity at the core of everything I do. My mission is about empowerment of people in the forms that would help them meet their potentials.

I've always been passionate about creating, whether that's team building, products, projects. I enjoy contributing to communities and environments where people feel supported and motivated.

When I'm away from keyboard, I'm curious about many things, whether it's studying a new language, cooking, sport and so on. I love tools and I'll try to fix anything - appliances, electronics and things around the house.
